Physical Fitness



                                 Man Born to live a life with happy. Nowadays Happiness is surrender his strength to medicine. Now, the person who is swallowing the herbals and medicine are living long without happy. All the Food Habits and our modern life leads us to the pharmacy and medicare center.
                                In ancient our fore-parents live with peace and nice life.They worked hard and have a long life. In each activities there is one exercise. Nowadays all of us living in the moderate city and doing work without sweating. That causes many diseases to our peoples. For good health we are paying something in the gym and improving our health condition in artificial. There are some exercise which may help us to lead a better life.  
                                Regular exercise is a critical part of staying healthy. People who are active live longer and feel better. Exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight. It can delay or prevent diabetes, some cancers and heart problems.
                               Walking briskly, mowing the lawn, dancing, swimming for recreation or bicycling. Stretching and weight training can also strengthen your body and improve your fitness level. All person living in the fast growing land  should do the exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.
                              Even-though the women  also having so many problems in their life circle. They have to do some exercise regularly in their day to day life to avoid so many diseases. Better achievement can come only by regular practice. Without doing practice nothing can’t be grown in their life.
                             The importance of the exercise should be given to the school students itself.  The students are lacking in the immune power. To improve the immune power to them they have to do regular exercise. The framed curriculum in our education system giving more importance to the physical education. They are spending more and more amount to the improvement of the physical fitness of our generation.
                            "A sound mind a sound body". That will  be happen if our generation works lot for there physical condition ind and  their mind.
